All Sales Are Final

All items sold through our website—including but not limited to power generators, transfer switches, spare parts, engine oil, filters, cables, and heavy-duty accessories—are considered final sale once the order has been processed. We do not offer returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Order Availability & Substitutions

In the event that a supplier is out of stock or unable to deliver an order on time as agreed:

  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable or if delivery timelines cannot be met.
  • Substitutions: The I Love Saipan team may contact you to verify if a substitute brand with similar specifications is acceptable.
  • Refunds: If a substitute or alternative offer is not accepted by the customer, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Technical Issues & Manufacturer Warranty

If your equipment fails to start or experiences mechanical issues:

  • Initial Troubleshooting: Please refer to the owner’s manual or contact our technical support team for assistance.
  • Warranty Claims: All generators and related equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. As a retailer, we do not perform repairs. However, we will assist you in locating the nearest Authorized Service Center for repairs or parts replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery methods are determined by the merchandiser for each specific item. Please refer to the individual product description to see which method applies to your order:

  • Store Pickup: Items designated for pickup will be available at the I Love Saipan Outlet Store.
  • Direct Shipping: Certain items may be drop-shipped directly to your registered Post Office Box. This service is also available to customers in Tinian and Rota, though additional shipping fees will apply for these locations.
  • Pre-Orders: For all pre-orders, we will provide a formal ETA via email once the shipping container has officially departed the port.
