🌴 Step 1: Find Pre-Order Items

Look for products under  “California Pre-Orders or Korea Pre-Orders”. These items are coming soon but can be reserved ahead of time. Availability dates are shown on each product page.

🛍️ Step 2: Add to Cart

Choose your preferred options (size, color, quantity) and click the cart icon right below the item. You can mix pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart.

💳 Step 3: Checkout Securely

Complete your order like usual. Full payment confirms your reservation. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email once payment is successful.

📧 Step 4: Stay Updated

We’ll send you updates through your Customer Portal and email. When your product ships, you’ll receive tracking details right away.

🚚 Step 5: Delivery Day

Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse in Chalan Laulau, it will be packed and shipped to you and send you a tracking number. If local pickup is arranged, we'll notify you when it is available.
