🌴Step 1: Tell us what you want

Use the Special Orders form (or email/phone) to provide clear details:

  • Product name or description
  • Size, color, material, or specification details
  • Quantity required
  • Desired delivery date
  • Any reference photos, links, or sketches

🏝️ Step 2: We review & respond with a quote

Within our stated response time (e.g., 48–72 business hours), we’ll:

  • Confirm feasibility and lead time
  • Provide pricing (unit price, shipping, taxes)
  • Specify deposit requirements (if any)
  • Note production or sourcing timeline

If we need clarification, we’ll contact you via the email or phone you provided.

💳️Step 3: You confirm & pay

Once you accept the quote:

  • Confirm via the acceptance link, email, or reply.
  • Pay the full amount or agreed deposit (we’ll state the payment method).
  • We’ll issue an order confirmation and expected delivery schedule.

🛍️Step 4: Sourcing

We’ll place the order with our supplier:

  • We’ll update you if availability or lead times change.
  • If there are delays, we’ll propose alternatives 

🚚 Step 5: Shipping & delivery

When your special order is ready:

  • We’ll ship it and send you a tracking number.
  • If local pickup is arranged, we’ll notify you when it’s available.
